Members of the United States Chess Federation, the office of Chuck Lovingood - Director of Scholastic Chess sent us an email with the following information regarding the timing and selection process for the official representatives of the United States competing in the North American Youth Championship in Mazatlan, Mexico."...the official representative will be the highest rated player (USCF September Rating supplement) to register with the USCF office by Wednesday September 16th at 5:00 PM CST."
